The bigger question (in my opinion) should be is AirBnB right for you?

Just trying to gather some thoughts and figured I wouldn't be the only one with this question on my mind so here it goes..I have two deals under my belt and my feel/opinion lately, compared to last year, is that I have a tiny bit more confidence in the overall market down here in but honestly still have a good bit of above average hesitation when it comes to fully going through with a deal.

Home has new roof, floors, water heater, painted overall well kept and owned by a handyman who wants to relocate to be with family.Asking :97,500$ Open to any financing options, located in good neighborhood, in Montana and local homes in the neighborhood is going for 140-160kHow should i go aboyt this i feel its strong but i really would love your opinions,thanks

Sorry, I do not have an easy answer but in my opinion you are dealing with a situation that people lack the understanding and/or knowledge.

In my opinion, the time you make that decision is when the income from real estate replaces or over powers your regular income from a current job.

Her opinion of course, but the point is those mega-bucks lawsuits are RARE, often get SETTLED, and only happen when you commit egregious acts of negligence over a prolonged period.I am aggressive but fair regarding security deposits. 

In my personal opinion NO ONE will care more about than an investment property more than you so if you do hire someone to care for YOUR investment do your due diligence and be sure to manage your manager.
