Hey @Erin Church you pay for a bad contractor's work twice.

MTRs are the best of both worlds, as they yield a much higher return (typically 2-3 X that of a traditional LTR) without the bureaucratic risk of getting abruptly shut down. 

There have been a couple of guests who ignored our 10:00 pm rule on noise and we responded quickly to shut down the noise.The main issue with this neighbor is 30-40% of what she reports a reasonable person would find unacceptable.

We donate rental dates to church activities, cancer fund raisers and local sports we also do not rent to anyone again that the neighbor shares issues about.

If so, what are the thoughts on rental demand if this next election shuts down this type of oil drilling?

I’m actually here now figured if I needed to shelter in place and lost all my bookings since Disney got shut down might as well enjoy the weather and have a pool.

It may just get perceived as something different... to no fault of your own- people just know what the shills sound like because there have been plenty on here in the past, and many of them have been called out for it and shut down. 

The gas company came out and shut off the gas and marked the leaks.
