I have good credit and sustainabile income but I have been finding trouble in traditional lending **How do you approach rent-to-own agreements?

I decided against it because I didn't know those markets or neighborhoods in those cities.

How many have closed? 

I'm curious to know how good of an investment these are?

I would like to know which sites are reliable to do some market research on population growth, and income on zipcodes, and counties in Delaware.
