I'm looking for a real time chat solution for a real estate mastermind group.For work projects, we use Hipchat and/or Slack (free version).  Was curious if others had any suggestions.

I'm a 19 year old college student and I really want to start generating income from now and set my self up for success when I'm older.

Like older homes - 1900's - 40's, Mid town Riverside and College Hill/Crown Heights or Delano  might be places to check into.

Most of us have graduated or about to graduate college.  

I am 25 years old, still living at home (with parents), college graduate (wonderful student loans), and looking to invest in my first multifamily property within 6 months; my focus is buy and hold investing.

I'm currently finishing up my sophomore year in college and I want to graduate with a focus in finance.

The courses I am taking towards my license at my community college are definitely helping, but I was thinking of getting some hands-on experience, hence possibly becoming an agents assistant for a period of time.

I have my vision in real estate for quite a while and I have been passively searching for an assistant property management intern.
