We too declined trip insurance...won't do that again! 

Been looking a little in Nashua so may be worth a trip to a meeting to check it out.

If I travel from far away, have sick child, or any inconvenient hand dealt in that trip, you would be my hero, and I’m very likely to be a repeat client.

On that same trip, I asked them for a bicycle and they ended up giving me a new car... in Japan of all places!

Every trip my search parameters narrowed and I started to figure out which areas and types of houses I liked and wanted to invest in.

I'd suggest you either take some trip, network, meet some local people and build your team or leverage someone in the market who is doing it.  

Overall had a great trip and a good feeling in my gut after I left.The numbers look good to me for now, but I know they always look better on paper.

And then the maintenance-they sent someone multiple trips to clean a bathtub and there is a fee for each trip and of course multiple trips.So shocked about conflict of interest.

They also inspect the properties twice/year and that alone is worth the monthly cost because we're out of state landlords and the trip back twice/year would be costly, albeit a write off.
