I've been watching some of the podcasts videos on YouTube for a little bit now ,and am interested in taking the leap towards getting my first rental, but feel like I still could use some extra guidance in order to actually pull the trigger.

Im about to pull the trigger to start the process on getting my real estate license.Its something ive kicked around for a while now and finally decided its the right move.Is there any tips tricks or advice from the trade that you have for me? 

But lesser debt, with no history of payment is unlikely to trigger IRS to seek Court approved extension of its lien. 

Sleep on it, digest the feedback, then pull (or don't) the trigger.  

I want to pull the trigger, but I want to have realistic expectations. 

I figured that if I was unsure at that time, maybe it wasnt the best time to pull the trigger. 

I bought my first property a little bit less than a year ago with $23k down, and I have much more than that in the bank now, but I still have had trouble pulling the trigger again.

I have spoke with so many guys who never pulled the trigger and frankly it is sad because if they would have 5-10 years ago they would have a different life now.  

Utilized the time during the pandemic in educating myself so I had more confidence to take action and finally pull the trigger.

I knew I wanted to be in real estate since I was about 17 years old, pulled the trigger when I was 21 and bought my first house.
