Tough to do but worth figuring out.  

@Isaac Ramos this is a tough nut to crack.  

This is tough because it is so specific to area, but I am a buy and holder that only cares about cash flow (although I only do 10-15 years notes so that contradicts my statement). 

Everyone knows finding deals is tough.

If they haven't paid for any marketing for it, I'm not sure why they would want to be difficult about it.Ultimately you could really make things tough for them so that they waste their marketing money and then the contract eventually expires anyway and you hire your dad instead.That being said, is there any reason why you signed a listing agreement with them given that you knew your dad was an agent? 

It would be a good material to start with.

Building materials prices can vary from one yard to the next, but it should be fairly close.  

It's a tough market, but there are opportunities, and it sounds like you're flexible about going into C neighborhoods.

That's going to be tough for premiums as it takes a ton of factors into account.  

I am glad to read someone who has read or heard the stuff out there with a critical mind.A lot of the material out there about wholesaling is just recirculated material from someone else that has been around for years.
