If you're looking for something you can retire to later but use at least in the short term, there's plenty of home subdivisions in the area.

You need grit to be a successful out-of-state real estate investor.If you still want to continue, you should start by interviewing Realtors.

I agree with Kevin- I don't care about the terms or the deal, as soon as you said "family member," I'm out.

Make sure it explicitly explains the process for termination if you are unhappy with their services, especially if they violate the terms of your agreement.3.
