Starting to look for a 2nd property in Fresno to continue building my fortune.Currently:-Learning a lot about tax breaks / deductions available -Landlording, -Different ways to increase ROI (interested in how others are doing in the same market)-Weighing pros and cons(risk) if I should try section 8 tenants-finding good repair/maintenance menExcited to share my experiences while learning from BP's wealth of knowledge. 

One thing I've done to keep the walls looking nicer is to put the plastic strips on all the outside corners.  

Ultimately I was thinking about (re)painting a section of a hallway closet in my flip the morning of the first open house.

Ther'es a sectioned off room with door, no egress, so I know I would catch flack on that if the inspector is paying attention. 

Bad contractors seem to far outweigh the good ones so don't cut corners on vetting them no matter how highly someone else recommends.
