Does anyone know of any professional home inspectors in the HSV Al area? 

LLP is mostly used by professional organizations that not allowed to form an LLC.From a tax perspective - there is no tax savings based on what state you will form and create the LLC.

I see all that’s going on with their downtown and the money being poured into it, to me being in construction I know to follow construction,they have professionals with a lot of plans for the future.

I don't see any issue with this as long as you are not posing as the licensed professional.

Though I haven't worked with his company, he himself seems like a good person as well and was knowledgeable about the industry, professional and diligent.

Try searching your area on www.NARPM.org if they have someone in your area it will likely be a better trained and more professional manager.

It sounds like I'll want to get the lease and all legal docs signed off by a professional, and we'll need some accounting help to make sure we're making the best moves financially.
