Comps were going for around $275 sq/ft in this neighborhood of Dallas, and there was a big yard, so I could add on about 1500sqft.

We are in the San Elijo neighborhood, just down the round from the university.

You can walk the neighborhoods you want to buy in.

That's a lot of work to make a couple grand, but it beats losing money (believe me).All good questions here -- what is the neighborhood like?
