Somewhere along the way we transitioned from a PM to self managing.Yes, we were landlords before the internet but people have been land lording for thousands of years.REI has been very beneficial to us, we grew slowly and maybe a bit by accident.

what I find tough is trying to do this stuff on your own.. with out the support of others.. but I guess the internet has filled that gap for some..

Though it may be hard for them, I think they're 70+ and not too savvy with the internet thing.
