Some people falsely think they must price high because everyone will be looking to offer low to begin with, but when you price it right from the get go, you generate the most exposure to your property and increase the chance of multiple offers coming in.Finally, not trying to pick a fight but I find your attitude to be a bit offputting.

As someone that sold commercial phone systems in a prior life, I can assure you that your question is way to vague.How many lines, what capabilities, virtual systems vs traditional switch systems....used to be pbx's....cell based....BUDGET.I don't have a clue what you want to accomplish with this phone system.
