This is something experienced investors due as their comfort levels and experiences are much higher and they are capable of making bulk moves like this and being successful.  

I'm not here to pick a fight or argue, just read the thread and thought my experience might have some value.  

I'm trying to get an overview of the many ways of making money in real estate and then decide what is most appealing/what I am best capable of doing.  

It took everything in my power to fight back the tears and I really didn't fight them back because I went into the ladies room and cried in private not wanting my husband to see the disappointment to see the life being sucked out of me.

I think to myself  if she was able to scheme a realtor to find a place then try to skip out then what would she be capable of with us?!  

2) When selecting a particular lot, which member on your team would you suggest should be used to research and provide information on zoning requirements, maximum build capabilities, etc?

Some people falsely think they must price high because everyone will be looking to offer low to begin with, but when you price it right from the get go, you generate the most exposure to your property and increase the chance of multiple offers coming in.Finally, not trying to pick a fight but I find your attitude to be a bit offputting.  

As someone that sold commercial phone systems in a prior life, I can assure you that your question is way to vague.How many lines, what capabilities, virtual systems vs traditional switch systems....used to be pbx's....cell based....BUDGET.I don't have a clue what you want to accomplish with this phone system.

The most significant issue noted is a requirement that "...heating facilities capable of maintaining a room temperature of 70 degrees..." be provided.  

She's not interested (or capable) of renting it out herself.
