There are a decent amount of positives, but I am just not sure a PM will have the resources to find the deals I need. 

Hi all,I recently got my salesperson license to help give my husband and I a leg up with our investing, as well as to add some resources for me in managing our rentals.

Nothing against realtors, but when you know you can do these transactions yourself, especially with all the resources to help you, then it’s doable.

A "good Samaritan" maintenance person may have done it to reduce energy consumption and didn't realize the tenants would be so severely affected.
