Also, during the leasing process I encourage the potential tenants to call the utility companies if they want to know what bills will run. 

After closing the deal this past Friday, I couldn't be more thankful for BP and everything it's brought to my life, whether that's knowledge, positivity, or the encouragement to take that first step.

Plan on being there for 2 years and working hard.If you really, really want to learn start to invest in real estate then I would encourage you to live as cheaply as possible for the next 2 years.

I know with the Clients I work with for HML, I encourage to be up front with their plans so we can place them in the best program for their needs.

As long as inventory stays low and low interest rates encourage more buyers, there will be upward pressure on prices. 

It is great work you can do between or after classes, and maybe you gain focus on what studies you want to take....you'll work with a lot of contracts, so maybe that will encourage you to take business law or other legal classes.
