I've been doing my research trying to figure out what those are, and wanted to open it up for discussion since I'm still new and inexperienced down here.

What needs to be discussed is whether the seller is going to get what they BELIEVE they got or get yanked around.I think these unlicensed brokers need a lobby and I suggest it is called WHORESwholesalershelpingowners realestateservicesLOL!

Find online research that discusses the merits of various markets specifically related to cashflow investing.

Not to mention the fact that marijuana use in teens, DUIs, violent crimes and armed robbery have all declined in states that have legalized pot in some form or another...... not that were discussing the social ramifications.I could continue to rattle off talking points but the TLDR is: depending on who you speak to the marijuana industry gets a bad wrap, in my humble opinion its nothing short of a windfall for states that have embraced it....

I’ve always heard the refinance discussed as a mortgage - but I’m wondering why not a Home Equity line of credit instead?
