Two thoughtsFirst thought..... with all the laws and complications of evicting existing tenants when you buy a place, I wonder what the ramifications would be if AFTER you sign all the paperwork to move in and you make an honest effort to evict the designated tenant, it is realized that it would place way to much hardship on that tenant and it becomes very clear that they want to stay in the property?

There are some stipulations on how you plan to use the land, the toughest requirement for us was the cap on your income.3) Traditional Loan - typical bank financing, but they usually require a minimum of 30% down4) Construction Loans - there are loans designed specifically to buy land and also finance the build of your house / farm / etc...
