If the home meets  one of those criteria and scores are often in the 500's then it becomes an issue of what is on the report that is bringing the score down.Bending rules is different than having different rules for different areas/incomes/class of assets.

I think you have to get creative with what type of property you are going to purchase within the confines of your budget in this hyper-competitive environment.

I use first class mail and if it doesn't get cashed after 12 months we escheat it to the state.Regarding their mail, I wouldn't be holding that, it's actually a felony for you to remove any mail from someone else mailbox.
