Hello everyone.I am looking for a good contractor to demo a SFH (light demo) tile , two bathrooms, floors and carpeting , some drywall in the East Baltimore , Maryland area.

It seems like there are some carpet options that resist stains.

Were going to eat them in 18 months" (and we did) I'm going to try to keep these houses at an arms length so I'm not personally offended every time I have to replace the carpet. 

I keep finding 4, 5 and more units that have interiors with kitchens and bathrooms from the 50's, carpets and walls all beat up, fire exists clogged with stuff, soffets and windows rotting, AC units beat up.  

Minor repairs have no bearing such as a crooked mailbox, tear in the carpet, etc.

@Ashley Wolfe  you can certainly wigitize your rehab process when I was doing 50 to 70 rehabs a year in PDX we bought carpet buy the roll.

I kind of have a problem if money is sitting around I either use it to improve property with a new roof, or carpet, buy extra appliances or water heaters, etc. 

My repair costs are estimated $7,000 for paint and carpet.
