Any Property management company, broker, or investor looking for an assistant or employee!?

I'm lucky to not have any tenants that aren't paying their rent due to Covid-19 reasons, but I've been seeing a lot of emails from various county governments offering financial assistance for Colorado residents. 

The broker for example recommended that I go get my sales agent license to boost credibility while an entrepreneur recommended I do not offer my skillsets to company owners for free.

I've looked at Avail, it promotes Lemonade and their own credit boosting program.I've looked at Rent Redi, it promotes U-Haul and their own rental insuranceI've looked at Cozy but now it's all in Apartments.com and I kept getting errors while trying to test it.I am willing to pay for it.

I am investing in Assisted Living Facilities.
