I have listened to countless BP Podcasts, I'm in the Process of reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

Communication on the investments is been pretty good on most of them.

I think my story is not unusual, in that I'm on this path after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

The tenant got behind on payments but has communicated with me for the most part and has always paid, just got behind somehow.

I live in a town-home that has HOA and we just switched over to full management with EMB Management.So far the experience has been very poor, slow communication, ambiguous billing and strange charges that they are reluctant to explain fully.Second question:Is there a HOA management company that you would recommend in Greater Seattle WA area?

Real Estate is a lucrative business but theres no magic secret that someone on this site is going to give you to make you rich.

I'm not one of the people in here looking for some get rich quick thing, I'm a hard worker willing to invest my time to build my business properly with a good foundation.

However I do have skills that could be valuable such as sales, marketing, communication ect.I currently work as a relationship manager in a bank.
