I see your point on Hayward and Fremont home prices but you can close your eyes and walk into any neighborhood in America and you will see home prices going up and this may even be in Detroit and parts of the Midwest.

At its core, we're years (decades probably, if not longer) away from any solve to America's housing crisis, so it's all just a matter of timing your exit, as long as you stay cash flow positive, find good financing, and so on.
