Hi Ralph, I would look online at your county recorders website and see if you can get them online, if not, then I would go to your to their office physically and request the information.

Most pro's get set up with Lexis Nexis and TLO, both requiring an office inspection and minimum monthly fees.Alternatively, you can get a subscription to PI magazine and find amateur sleuths to skip trace your target on a per assignment basis with commitment. 

But I am a glutton for punishment, so it only wet my appetite so I kept going onto other deals.To answer Mike's question - I went on to get my Brokers Lic. and took over an existing office as the operations manager, first thing I did was revamp the rental department.

See if Post office has forwarding info, check social networking sites like Facebook and LinkedIn, and it may even be worth paying a private detective.

Hi Ann, I don't know what is going on at your company, all I know is I am having a difficult time reaching anyone in your office.

Still though, seems that one tiny community at the edge of Ballenger Creek might be worth keeping an eye on.
