I talked to my dad and it sounds like right now is not a good time to buy a property so I am going to put that on the shelf while I earn more money for it, continue researching and let the market change.

@Carson ScottHi Carson,What @Joe Villeneuve said...and you will need CASH MONEY and knowledge.Knowledge you can get from this website on the education link above.Cash you will have to get from your own hard work (people who don't want to work usually are not very successful at anything).Cash is KING, so work at (stable) jobs where you can make the most money.Maybe work three jobs and spend as little as you can while you build up your cash pile.You will need CASH MONEY for a down payment, closing costs, insurance, taxes, CAPEX and Cash Reserves (research what these last two are if you don't already know, because they are very important) ANDRead Rich Dad Poor Dad.ANDRemember what @Joe Villeneuve said!
