As we progressed in our careers we continued to leverage buying pure buy and holds.

@William Johnson This is more a forum for posting progress updates of ongoing projects, such as new construction, remodeling, fix/flip, subdivision developments, etc. that will be continuing over a length of time, where others can come and check out how the process works, decision and choices are made, see pictures, videos of active deals, etc.

Progressive Credit Union is a small NYC credit union that gets good reviews.  

I will be posting a separate thread with detailed numbers and the progress on this.

I'm not talking about some nebulous what-if scenario -- this is my actual deal in progress.

Way to go - sounds like you've made some quick progress!  

My thought would be that it is possible but you would need to have very clean chain of documentation so that the progression from primary to rental and the associated expenses flow the same way.  

Despite having a degree in marketing from a major biz school, I didn't really make much progress until I learned his direct response marketers were successful by studying Jay Abraham, Dan Kennedy and others.Keep us posted!

So I see this isn't the route to go unless I want the progressive gain.
