I know there have been a lot of predictions regarding Grand Rapids market over the last 2 years or so.

For a bit people thought STR Insights would pass up Airdna, until last fall Airdna rolled out many new features which helped to keep them as the best.

One of my clients has an etrade with about 650K in securities - 350k LOC at 7.25% last I checked with him two weeks ago. 

By 2017/2018, when I had my last section 8 tenant, I felt I was getting about $100 LESS per month than I could have from market tenant AND my annual reinspections were costing me about $1,000-$1,500 in repairs. 

When you are building a legacy to pass down to your kids and grandkids, asset classes that take multiple forms is critical to longevity.If you were a long-term investor of Blockbuster stock at one time you would have felt like this would last forever but stick to the fundamentals and invest in tried and true methods for the long run.

It was too easy to make money in STRs and MTRs over the last several years but as we return to a more normal environment that's no longer the case.

If the agent can't or won't clearly answer the question then this would be my last offer with them.

I am new to the world of real estate investing, but have been totally bought in to Bigger Pockets the last several months.
