And lets not kid ourselves this is a tough environment right now with restricted inventory etc. 

Also, I am exploring flips or Brrrr to increase my capital so I can syndicate MF. 

“Buzz off kid go find a loan” probably what you’ll hear in today’s climate 

If there is another way, we are open to exploring it.

When my wife and I bought my current house the first thing we did was add a fence for our dog and the kids so makes sense a tenant would want one as well.
