The Crime Free Ordinance allows your rental property manager to attend the training in lieu of the property owner.

I'm looking for ideas on what steps I need to take to get the train back on the tracks and be profitable this year. 

Knowing this is my weak spot (customer service to unreasonable guests) I hired department managers from the hotel world who were already trained to deal with this type of thing. 

Or if we don't do that.. the goal would/could be to "hopscotch" from one property to the next as we build our portfolio.The challenge is both my wife and I work remotely (and she does hold a Realtor Lic. in CO, (and in IL*)) so great (fiber preferred) internet is a must. 

My wife was surfing the internet and saw a page with the title "Investors are selling their real estate because...". 

Are you using call centers or a trained VA?  

Mortgage, insurance, property taxes, all utilities including internet and cable/satellite TV?

Some mentees will act as a bloodhound for the mentor, knocking on doors, driving for dollars, scouring the internet, making cold calls, or performing other services that help the mentor find new deals.

A realtor that also owns the wholesale co (wasnt disclosed), was supposed to train me to flip using wholesalers (I've only used wholesalers twice n long time ago).

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.
