I have also read a great book on RE Taxes from a guy called John T.

Their coaching programs are outrageous, don't think I would ever do that.

I use John Gilmore for all of my roofing jobs you can reach them at [REMOVED], let them know I sent you if you give them a call.

It becomes a matter of target renters, I believe it was John Schaub who pointed out that 3/2 will attract families with lots of stuff who are less likely to move.

Hey John with just glancing at those numbers to make it a good solid deal the highest purchase price supported by those numbers is about 429k give or take.
