Hey guys thanks for all the support I have a property I’m interested in in its a really nice neighborhood borded up in good condition still I looked up the owner and he’s 90 the numbers I got for him we’re off I don’t see any record of death or anything what do I do from here I’m kinda stuck but I really want to know what’s going on with it

In an area like that, locals create business opportunities for themselves and support us while we help support them.

@Luke Corigliano, I have a great local CPA I can refer you to, if he is taking new clients, and a backup if he is not.  

I just put one together about a month ago for a client who wanted to lease/buy an office warehouse for his business. 

Here's an interesting one: who is responsible -->My client sold a 4plex - in the negotiations they agreed to cover costs for a Home Warranty for the new buyer. 60 or so days later - the property closes at a title company.

Likewise, I fire clients that lie to my face or that plain ole waste my time i.e. always wanting to look but never willing to commit on an offer.
