Hi Dave,I have USAA as well.They have awesome car insurance that I haven't been able to beat the rates over the years.

I went in to the bank to see if I get pre approved, my score is 710, but they said I need at least one installment loan on my credit history, they recommended me buying a car.

In the span of 3 yrs every bulb in a new car is LED.  

In my market, we get a higher appraisal with a 3 car over a 2 car.

Some people enjoy a nicer home than they might driving a new car every year, especially if they are retired.

Put my office globe ofthe earth up on the trunk of the car, so any fool could see I was atmy mobile office conducting loan business on my cell and I startedfunding each loan.  

I was able to raise my credit score by nearly 100 points and I knew that I was on my way to success based on my scores given to me from Credit Karma.However, after I began the process with my loan officer, he gave me the bad news that my FICO score was too low to qualify for a house, basically in the high 500s and low 600s even though Credit Karma was telling me otherwise LIt was suggested that I diversify my credit usage, so I applied and was approved for an additional credit card and a car loan, to offset my student loans.

Appeal ensued, and case was remanded to award attorney fees for the portion of the fees which were earned on the prevailing claim (bad conditions).Landlord never filed a brief to the appeal, but CAR and CAA did so supporting the landlord, as well as a number of groups supporting the tenant (definitely a good list to keep for donation references as well as groups to put on a donation blacklist). 

The downtown area was amazing with how the streets are set up for pedestrian walks, cars, trolleys, and people just playing chess or checkers in the sitting areas.
