KeithI will start with the second paragraph of this quote and then get to the other paragraph.Sometime around 2008, there actually was a lawsuit that the PA Dept of Revenue LOST - they only wanted to collect the transfer taxes on the assignment fee(s) when an assignment of contract occurred.
