I just dont see how this strategy will work.. if most i would say 99% of people who purchased want 2008 prices... and on the MLS houses under $400k in los angeles are flying off the shelf... i dont understand how the lease option guru is able to do it in this market..

The cheap blue filters for 99 cents apiece have to be changed out regularly about every 3 weeks.

However; I see deals on lots in all different areas of Los Angeles, and parts of Hollywood, Santa Monica, can anyone tell me what areas are marketable, and not as marketable?
