If the crawl dries to a point of being dusty for long periods of time the mold may go "dormant" where new spore production is concerned.

It is safe, but compared to the rest of the area doesn't look that way and has a bad reputation from long agoGE's legacy is complicated and they left Pittsfield high and dry in the 80s, but to a large extent the city has already taken its hit (lost something like 40% of it jobs in the 80s).

The only downside of CyperWP is that is leaves a white film when it dries which will be seen on dark floors but can be wiped up easily.The CyperWP supposedly has a 3 month residual effect; the NyGuard 7 months.Other customers also speak highly of the liquid product Suspend sold on that site.I've never used DE but it's also sold on that site.Good luck!

I like that the landscape runs the gamut from snowy mountains and ski resorts to lush forests to dry desert mountains and scrub to actual desert lowlands and everything in between.
