What are some of the best books on explaining the terms of real estate simply?

I didn't see anywhere for me to appoint an agent other then change agent button so I entered it there????

However, as I suspect the market may enter recession (I may be wrong), I want to take that factor into consideration in my planning (just in case things go sideways).I would like to come up with an investment strategy that not only generates a $4K/mo cashflow, but one that would be immune if the market went into recession within the next 5 years. 

I would stop by 4pm today not only to see if things are progressing, but to post a "notice to enter" if necessary.  

I would advise you simply allow the tenant to go M2M on the existing lease if there has not been any issues.

I would simply call other banks.

One cannot enter into contracts that are in violation of state laws.

I could simply flip the house but my long-term strategy is to acquire rentals through BRRRR so I'd like to do that here if possible.
