As I wait for my third party to complete the screenings, I am thinking ahead to how I will make my selection.

Mine is Co-Ed, they usually come to me as a self selected group.

They offer both 20 and 15 year terms of which we have selected 15 although I understand your point about moving to 30 but we have been unable to source someone who is willing to do 30 year terms.

The "real estate guys podcast" just did an episode on market selection, i'd listen to that. 

High rent to lower acquisition point is a huge factor, but please don't ignore all the other factors - net migration, income growth, path of progress, job diversity, legislation, taxes, personnel in the area to build a successful team....etcI heard on a podcast the other day that your internal team is like your golf swing and the area you choose is the golf club you select. 

And I'm down selecting between a couple different attorneys now (would you have any recommendations?).
