Establishing a corporate entity, such as an LLC or corporation, under which the property will be vested, is a common prerequisite.

I really like the idea of house hacking, but my wife is not willing to move out of our single family home to move into a property with other people.

There are others in the forums that can comment on the market, I know property got significantly more expensive during covid and not sure if its moved from its peak.
