I actually created it about 2:30 in the morning on New Year's Day.

I wake up every morning thinking about that first property I'll purchase down the road.

OK- the opinion part of this is over... now- what is the income, expenses, proximity to the nearest major airport, how much will the flight cost, how many lay overs will you have.

We are opening a new International Airport in May with SW Airline and more direct flights.

I went to a foreclosure mediation with someone this morning and one of the options the lender gave her (the homeowner) was a short sale re-finance, where the homeowner can actually purchase her home back in a short sale (through another lender, I'm sure).

I have several notifications this morning from monitored topics.

Buildings have a way of waking up one morning and saying "hmmm, I think I want to spend $5,000 today".

Our mornings start together when we get up at 5AM to work out in our gym at home.On weekends she comes along and we work together on the homes and sometimes we bring our spoiled dog too.

it USED to be notorious for drug dealing but now things have been 'cleaned up' since the arrival of the newly built police department a block away.needless to say...the neighborhood doesnt look 'pretty' because no one has taken the time to reinvest back into it. in steps ME and a big dream of revitalizing it but i guess not everyone is on my flight path ;)btw...do YOU want to pick up a duplex that has passed Section 8 and city inspections??
