I mean if you live in a market that is historically flat on appreciation but you can get those big spreads between buy price and rent then that's fine you live there your run it like a business its hard work and you must stay on top of those types of assets lets they clean your clock.. but it can be done and is done..

If they want yield spread (Yield spread is what a bank will pay to a lender for a higher interest rate.
