If you're looking long term, it's the better choice.

I prefer it for two main reasons:1.

I ultimately went with Arizona because I thought I would rather visit AZ twice a year than Oklahoma, Ohio, or Illinois.Phoenix and Tucson were equally good choices- but there were a few other cities I also really liked.I looked for any city/community with consistent job, population, and wage growth.

I understand basic hypothetical strategies for cash flow, but can’t say I grasp it completely, or know how to analyze a deal...so that is my main thing right now.

If you qualify for it - this would be much better choice compared to SD IRA. 

The only main concern at this point is connecting with a lender that is backed by the deal and not FICO.

Investments you want FREEDOM to where the investment works for you around the clock while you get to mainly choose what life you want. 

It has gone by many names, but I just looked it up and it is now the Military Choice loan.

We are in New York and our farm area is mainly Suffolk County but we are open to investing in other areas even out of state possibly.

If given the choice between taking legal advice from my friend or the lawyer I would go with the lawyer.When going to court whomever actually delivered the eviction notice needs to show up to testify.
