These always catch me momentarily and make me wonder if this is a neighbor telling me the house exploded or collapsed in a sinkhole, but I know if I respond it will be spam to buy the house.These seem new.

My Wife and I are looking for a home to House Hack, but with a limited supply of Multi Unit Properties in the Area we have been mainly looking at Single Family homes.One idea we've had is to convert a Garage into a second unit, my question in this regard is will it decrease the value of the home in the eyes of potential renters if there is no Garage?

I would like the next 2 units to be a BRRRR strategy, but I am open to whatever opportunity arises.Beyond 2020, I would like to incorporate the STACK methodology and begin to double down on the number of acquired units each year until I have reached over 30 units, at which point, it may be time to move into even larger MF.

I'm sure I'm going to get push back eventually on the aggressive breed and 50lb restriction being discrimination, but luckily our area is much slower to catch up to these ridiculous trends.I obviously prefer tenants without animals, but it's to the point where everyone has something, so now we just turn it into a revenue source$25/month per pet + $200-$300 non refundable fee.We enforce quiet enjoyment pretty aggressively.
