When Saudi started pumping more oil, gasoline dropped dramatically all over.

Do they communicate well, do their vehicles leak oil or are messy, do they enjoy talking to people, do they smell like cigarettes? 

Now the broker or agent knows you do not really want an exclusive relationship and are just fishing for deals from anyone and everyone.I am on the commercial real estate side.

You can buy land with timber on it and sell the rights same with oil, you can even purchase earth moving gear and lease it out.

@Sam Smith  buy some subway sandwhich shops.. or like a buddy of mine's kid he has 4 papa murphys... and we went steelhead fishing on Tuesday... so he can break away.all sorts of business you can create and pass down.. does not have to be real estate

My research (though limited at this point) has lead me to want to invest in out of state properties, mainly in Houston and/or Austin, Texas due to the dropping oil prices I am hoping to find some good deals for a multi family unit.

I like naps, I like fishing and I like golfing badly.  

When oil and gas prices rise, I never hear people running around talking about the appreciating oil and gas prices.Is the difference in the use of the terms simply wordplay pressed upon us by the USG and Financial Services industry to help promote buying houses?
