Heard a lot about northern/central jersey being ideal to own Multi-Family homes.

Central MS is actually a great rental market.

But I haven't found any real historical evidence that any of the previous elections that actually directly resulted economic tsunami, perhaps with the only exception of Andrew Jackson who hated the central bank and national debt, and as a consequence, his policy caused a major land speculation bubble and subsequent bust and recession (one of the longest).

I'm a new investor,I've been trying to get into this crazy MA small multi family market and was looking for any meet ups or events where i could network and just learn as much as possible. 

All of these units would have separate entrances and no hallways, no shared central heat or air, no shared bathrooms, etc.

I am looking for a handyman to do different tasks around my rentals. Does anyone have a reliable recommendation? 

However, I don't think finding buyers would be a huge issue as the site is centrally located in an urban area with a few new apartment complexes being built within walking/short drive distance.
