Any suggestions on were i should go with my counter offer or strategies that have worked? 

I'm very eager to get started but have no idea where to start ... any help, comments or suggestions would be very much appreciated. 

I would suggest hiring someone who is non-biased; estimators are contracted by large firms, including GC's, all the time. hire a private claims adjuster.

There has been way too many podcast where I missed book suggestions, great inspirational quotes, real estate terms and general great starting steps that I wished I wrote down.

I would love to hear suggestions others have and would like to contribute to a thought provoking conversation really regarding anything real estate. i'm really loving all the learning thats happening!
