I recently passed the estate exam and registered my license with a broker.At the RE school, you learn the book but in my opinion, the real learning starts when you get to the broker and learn from other agents or the training that is offered in the broker's office.

I like the concept of house hacking, as I do not have constrains (i.e. kids in school) to keep me from moving every 12 months to fulfill any living on property requirements in a condo or 2-4 unit home.

The school we live in just switched to Montessori and bumped up to a 10 ranking so we thought if that caught on our value might jump in the next couple of years and we could sell higher.
