I guarantee if you call MRED and ask, should I drop the price or is it cool if I delist and immediately relist to reset the DOM, they will tell you to do the price adjustment.Here's another>As the white-hot real estate market cools to a simmer and homes get harder to sell, some real estate agents are hiding from prospective buyers the number of days properties have been on the market and how far prices have fallen, a Star-Ledger analysis found.These agents are canceling listings in databases known as Multiple Listing Services and creating new ones for the same homes.

@John T.Evictions will either end up in a separate evictions database (assuming whoever you use for tenant screening is hooked up to it), and usually will hit credit in the judgment section.Only Caveat is if final judgment is not rendered (cash for keys type deals) - those don't show up.Ask @James Wise about all things Cleveland

I hope to move back home with my parents and stay there until I make enough in passive income every month to cover all of my living expenses, and then take on rent or a mortgage when I have passive income to cover that.Regarding student loans, I will look at them as a good debt because I think they enabled me to go down a more rewarding path in life.
