What do you normally require for a credit score?

Don’t let them pull your credit until you are ready to go, and instead ask “If I have a score of this, what rate can you offer?”

Just have them say where they were living and run the checks for the areas they were in.They may or may not have credit scores that reflect their true credit.

What score do you require a tenant to have to lease with you?

Manly men, as opposed to girly men).Kegorator, electronic darts, poker table w/cards & chips, BluRay player and a collection of porn, Roku or smart hdtv, gas grill & charcoal grill, suit of armor, life size stand up picture of Marilyn Monroe, .22 cal pellet gun with pellets and pigeon/starling/squirrel bait and a critter count score board, horse shoe pit, firepit with several tons of firewood, that's all I can think of right off the top of my head.

@Sami Gren - I have no minimum credit score requirement in my tenant screening process, because if you really look into how credit scoring works - its a largely bogus determination of tenant worthiness.

First, my site had a terrible quality score for those.
