@Karl McGarvey I could definitely agree, unfortunately in this scenario, I'm married with 2 younger children and that while attainable, is kinda hard having to relocate with a family of 4 every year or so on...

It'll be a huge pain if you have to relocate that stuff in order to raise the ceiling.

I relocated to Chattanooga area from California a couple years ago and it's a great place to invest (as you know being from here)!

I relocated to Stafford about 4 years ago and have a steady career in a 40 hour/week job where I'm not as happy as I'd like to be.
