If I purchase a BRRRR in a state with adverse weather in late winter and spring how have you all experienced this affecting the progress of your rehabs? 

We have formal weekly meetings to discuss the progress and finances of the business, and set weekly, quarterly, and annual goals/objectives.I don't have kids (yet); however, I will get them involved in age appropriate tasks.

It is surely a painful and time consuming process and I guess you also need to weigh whether the amount you need to recover is worth the additional costs and time.
