Once the tenant moves in next week I should have about $1,500/month in positive cash flow between my 3 condos, plus I’ve created about 150k in equity with only putting 72k total cash invested so I’ve double my investment and earning solid cash flow.

I recently moved out and am now renting out all the rooms for a positive cash flowing investment.

Save a good cash position while you are out here.

The title of my post is "are you willing" to consider other options [without it being immediately interpreted as speculation].Several nuggets in your feedback post.  

(It's a problem because more people will ultimately be turned off by real estate than those who are positively impacted by it).
